I just wanted to let everyone know how it went last weekend. It was actually great. A little more than half way through I hit "the wall" but I pushed on and finished okay. Thanks for all your support and thoughts.

Thanks. My best time is still my first time 3:33. I went 3:33 in 1996, 4:21 in 2000, 4:13 in 2001, 3:57 in 2002, 4:02 in 2003, 3:59 in 2004, 4:44 in 2005 and 4:18 in 06. Need to get back under 4 next year.
